Welcome to JIS Farms. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“Joi Farm App”) and our mik delivery services. 
By using the app, placing an order, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Joi Farms delivers milk in  ½  lite and 1-liter bottles directly to your doorstep. Orders can be placed through the Joi Farms App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app or place an order. By using the service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Users must register with a valid mobile number and delivery address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Order and Delivery

Orders can be placed via the app at any time.

Delivery will be made based on availability and serviceable areas.

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are clearly displayed in the app and may change without notice.

Payments can be made via online methods (UPI, debit/credit card, wallets) or cash on delivery (if applicable).

Full payment must be received before or at the time of delivery.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

If cancelled before dispatch, refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Jar Return Policy

If you receive bottles , you are required to return empty jars during the next delivery.

A deposit may be charged for jars if applicable. Unreturned jars may be charged separately.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Misuse or tamper with the app

Provide false information during registration or ordering

Harass or abuse delivery personnel

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, text, and images, is the property of JOI Farms and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Joi Farms is not liable for:

Delays or failures in performance beyond our control

Loss or damage resulting from improper storage or handling of milk bottles  after delivery

Unauthorized use of your account

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app and will be effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of West Bengal ,India
